Mike Abram
President

Mike Abram has extensive aerospace industry experience and has served as President of Triumph Airborne Structures since 2006. He is responsible for the profit and loss and all associated functions within the facility. He joined Triumph in 2003 as Vice President of Operations for Triumph Airborne Structures, and was responsible for for all aspects of factory operations including engineering, quality, production and finance. Prior to joining Triumph Group, Mr. Abram was Vice President of Operations for NORDAM Repair Division, Tulsa, Okla., from 2003 to 2006, where he was responsible for all production and engineering activities. Earlier in his career, he served in a number of operations management positions and was responsible for establishing several international facilities.

Alex Emme
Operations

Alex Emme brings more than 30 years of aerospace industry experience to Triumph. He was appointed to his position in 2011 and is responsible for the company’s operations, engineering and customer support. Mr. Emme joined Triumph Airborne Structures in 2010 as Director of Technical Services. Mr. Emme was previously employed by Goodrich Corporation for 28 years in a variety of different positions. From 2000 to 2010, he was Director of Sales and Marketing of Aerostructures for its Alabama Service Center. Other previous positions within Goodrich include Senior Program Manager for FedEx programs, Manager of Component and Structure Shops, and Aircraft Structure Mechanic.

Mr. Emme holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Almeda University. In addition, he served in the U.S. Navy from 1977 to 1981 as an Aircraft Mechanic.

Larry Potts
Purchasing / Supply Chain

Larry Potts has more than 40 years of experience in the aviation industry and joined Triumph Airborne Structures in 2005. He is responsible for all supply chain activities, including the management of purchasing, warehouse, shipping, receiving and OEM spare parts. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Potts served in a number of operational management positions with airline and MRO/manufacturing facilities. He began his career as an analyst in inventory control for American Airlines in Tulsa, Okla.

Mr. Potts earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa. He also served in the Army National Guard from 1970 to 1976.

Dwight Curtis
Quality

Dwight Curtis has more than 20 years experience of industry experience in quality assurance. He was hired by Triumph Airborne Structures in 2003 in his current position and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s quality. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Curtis worked for Goodrich Aerostructures Group from 1993 to 2003 as its Quality Manager. Before that, he was employed by Rohr, Inc., where he was responsible for the oversight of 14 quality inspectors and served as a Material Review Board member.

Byron Hudson
Finance

Byron Hudson has significant experience in the accounting field, having started his career in 1998. Since that time, he has progressively attained more responsible roles, and joined Triumph Airborne Structures in 2007 as an accounting analyst. Mr. Hudson was promoted in 2011 and he is now responsible for all operational elements related to finance, accounting, and internal controls. His prior experience includes positions as an accountant for Southwire Specialty Products, and Accounting Supervisor for St. Mercy Health Center.

Mr. Hudson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arkansas State University.

Joe Greenwood
Sales and Marketing

Joe Greenwood brings more than 20 years of experience to his role at Triumph Airborne Structures, where he is responsible for all sales, marketing and customer support activities. He joined Triumph in 2003 in his current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Greenwood was Vice President Sales and Marketing for NORDAM Repair Division from 1999 to 2003, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing activities.

Mr. Greenwood has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Arkansas.
