Triumph Air Repair utilizes its ability to develop and perform advanced technology repairs as the key factor to reducing the operating costs of our customers.  The repairs not only target components that have high replacement rates but also parts that have high failure rates.  The ability to rebuild components to reduce the failure rate ultimately improves the on-wing performance and reliability of the APU.

Our dedicated in-house Engineering Department works with the APU products and our customers to determine what parts are negatively impacting the operating costs and reliability of the APU.  Once the specific components are highlighted, our experienced engineering team pursues repairs and establishes processes that reduce operating costs while not impacting the reliability of the part.  In many cases, the applied repair will actually improve the durability of the components.  

One of Triumph’s strengths is the ability to adapt to specific customer needs.  This is often aided through the direct interaction of Triumph’s and the customers engineering groups in the development of alternate repairs matched to a specific customers maintenance and reliability issues. Cost savings over OEM pricing, improved parts availability, lower turn times and improved quality have been the end result.
