Brett Fulford
President

Brett Fulford is President of Triumph Aerostructures – Vought Aircraft Division – Stuart, FL and Milledgeville, GA. He became president of the Stuart site in 2013 and the Milledgeville site in 2015. Previously Mr. Fulford was responsible for program management for the Boeing 737 and 777 programs. He began working for the company in 1985 at Triumph’s Jefferson Street facility in Dallas (then LTV Aerospace and Defense) as an Industrial Engineer. Mr. Fulford then moved to Triumph’s Nashville facility (then Textron Aerostructures) and served in Industrial Engineering, Contracts and IPT/Program Management roles through 1997. He then served as Director, Contracts & Risk Management until 1999 for Textron’s Turbine Engine Components division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fulford was co-founder and Managing Director of Global Solutions & Logistics. He also worked as Director of Business Operations & Strategic Planning for Franke Commercial Systems.

Mr. Fulford earned a B.S. degree in Aerospace from Middle Tennessee State University and a M.S. degree in Management from the University of Tennessee. He has completed an Executive Leadership Program at Vanderbilt University’s Owens Graduate School of Business and Lean Six Sigma training through the University of Notre Dame. In addition, Mr. Fulford has held leadership roles in several professional and non-profit organizations, including the Institute of Cost Analysis and Estimating Society, the National Contracts Management Association, Board positions for Habitat for Humanity and Cumberland University – Labry School of Science, Technology and Business and the University of Tennessee Alumni Association.

Phillip Treadway
General Manager

Phil Treadway brings more than 30 years of aerospace industry experience to his position with Triumph. He was appointed General Manager of Triumph Aerostructures – Vought Aircraft Division – Milledgeville in 2015 and is responsible for all day-to-day operations at the facility. Since 2007 Mr. Treadway had served as Director of Material Operations in Milledgeville and was responsible for material requirements planning, scheduling, production order release, production control, shipping, receiving, warehouse, and project management. Prior to that, he was the site’s Operations Program Manager for approximately four years. Mr. Treadway’s career with the company began in 1981 when he worked for Grumman Aerospace, a Triumph Aerostructures heritage company. He has held leadership positions at several locations during his tenure, including Manager of Quality Assurance and Lean Manager at the Perry, Georgia, facility; and various program management roles for Southeast Operations (including facilities in Milledgeville and Perry, Georgia; and Stuart, Florida). He also spent time in Dallas, Texas, overseeing Boeing programs on behalf of Southeast Operations. 

Mr. Treadway holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University and has completed a financial course for executives through the University of Texas. He is a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt and is involved in the local community, serving as a youth athletic coach from 1990 to 2005 and President of the Baldwin County Recreation Baseball Association in 2000.

Art Garcia
Quality

Art Garcia joined the company in 2015 and directs the Quality Management Systems for Triumph Aerostructures – Vought Aircraft Division – Milledgeville.  He brings deep experience in Quality management to Triumph, having worked for Embraer Executive Aircraft from 2011-2015 and led the initial startup and sustainment of their first QMS production facility in the United States (in Melbourne, Florida). Prior to that he was the Senior Manager of Quality for Sikorsky’s Quality operations program at their West Palm Beach, Florida, assembly and flight operations facility. Mr. Garcia began his career with the U.S. Air Force and retired after serving for 20 years as an aircraft maintenance technician. 

Mr. Garcia earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics and management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an associate degree in aircraft maintenance technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He also holds an FAA airframe and power plant license and has received Lean/continuous improvement training from Arizona State University. In addition, Mr. Garcia is a member of the American Society of Quality.

Daniel Smith
Operations

Danny Smith is the program office and customer interface for production operations at Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division - Milledgeville, a position he has held since 2012. He is also responsible for factory support consisting of scheduling, logistics, and manufacturing controls. His career began in 1984 when he joined Grumman Aerospace in Milledgeville, a Triumph Aerostructures heritage company, as a Production and Material Control Expeditor. In 1988 he became a Manufacturing Resource Planner and then went on to hold numerous positions with increasing responsibilities over the years, including Program Budgets Planner, Configuration Data Manager, Program Coordinator, Integrated Product Team Leader, Operations Manager, and Planning Manager. 

Mr. Smith holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from Georgia College and State University. Danny also holds a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma. In addition, he is an ambassador for the Milledgeville Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce and serves on its board of directors.

Michael Anderson
Finance

Mike Anderson is responsible for all finance-related activities for Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division - Milledgeville, including estimating, pricing, labor and material budgeting, and forecasting. Prior to taking on this position in 2010, he worked for the company’s operations in Charleston, South Carolina (now owned by Boeing), where he served as the Controller since 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Anderson was an Industrial Engineer Specialist in Milledgeville, responsible for plant layout, capital planning and capacity. His first job in Milledgeville was in 2001 when he served as Business Manager. Earlier in his career, he worked at the company’s facility in Perry, Georgia, where he held various financial positions. 

Mr. Anderson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and his MBA from Georgia College and State University. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his church.
