Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. was acquired by Triumph Group, Inc. in June 2010 and was renamed Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division.

Products include fuselages, wings, empennages, nacelles and helicopter cabins. Its customer base consists of the world’s leading aerospace OEMs, and more than 80 percent of its programs are sole-source, long-term contracts. The company has about 6,000 employees in seven U.S. locations and does business as two operating divisions:
