Hydraulic Component Design : Triumph Aerospace Systems - Seattle
Solenoid and manually operated hydraulic valves
Triumph Aerospace Systems - Seattle designed several types of hydraulic valves for applications such as the A400, 787 Cargo Door Selector and Sequencing Valve. Solenoid operated selector and selector/dump valves are also part of the valve product line capability. The company has also developed numerous fluid control related products, such as landing gear selector valves, door sequencing valves, and other similar applications. Typically, these are solenoid or manually operated spool and sleeve assemblies housed in complex manifolds.
Linear and Rotary Hydraulic Actuators
Triumph Aerospace Systems - Seattle has designed a many of aircraft actuators, including landing gear, cargo door and ramp, cowl door, wing fold and miscellaneous utility actuators. Sizes range from several inches up to eleven feet and materials include high strength steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
Accumulators
Hydraulic piston type accumulators ranging in size from 25 to 300 cubic inches have been designed and qualified for several aircraft applications including 737NG, 757, 767 and 777 models. All external parts of these accumulators are stainless steel and they are rated to 12,000 psi burst pressure.
