Don P. Fowler
President

Don Fowler is the President of Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of the organization. He has been in the aerospace industry since 1979, when he went to work for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group as a draftsman. Throughout his career, Mr. Fowler has held progressively more responsible roles in the engineering field, including time in the hydraulics, flight controls, and landing gear groups. He joined EFS Aerospace, now Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, in 1999, and was responsible for establishing and managing their facility in Kent, Washington, performing component assembly, testing, and engineering development. When the facility was moved to Redmond, Washington, in 2004, Mr. Fowler was named President and the focus was changed to systems engineering, integration and testing.

Mr. Fowler earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Seattle University and has extensive training and certification in engineering, quality, and operations leadership.

Ken Foye
Operations

Ken Foye has been in the manufacturing industry since 1986, and joined Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle in 2010. Currently, he is responsible for all operations, quality, and continuous improvement functions within the organization. He previously served as a Program Manager at Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, and was a Vice President/Plant Manager for VAE Nortrak North America for 9 years, and a General Manager for Umbra Cuscinetti for 14 years.

Mr. Foye has extensive training in operations and quality from various institutions and universities, and has been provided vast training in continuous improvement methodologies by Shingijutsu of Japan.

Karen Linscott
Finance

Karen Linscott has significant experience in the accounting field, having started her career in 1979. Since that time, she has progressively attained more responsible roles, and joined Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle in 2007, where she is now responsible for all financial operations, employee relations, benefits, health, and environmental procedures. Prior to joining Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, Ms. Linscott was a controller for Pratt & Whitney MMI.

Ms. Linscott earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Washington University.

Laura Lowe
Quality

Laura Lowe joined Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle in 2011, and has over 5 years of Quality Management experience in the aerospace industry. She is currently responsible for all aspects of quality at Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, including systems, procedures and certifications. Her prior experience includes quality engineering and management roles in Washington area aerospace companies.

Ms. Lowe earned an associate’s degree in chemical technology from Texas State Technical College, and a bachelor’s degree in technical and industrial administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Bob Bournique
Purchasing / Supply Chain

Bob Bournique has been in the aerospace industry since 1979, and joined Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle in 2007. Currently, he is responsible for all procurement and supply chain functions within the organization. His prior experience includes quality and production management roles in Seattle area manufacturing organizations. Mr. Bournique also served in the United States Air Force for 5 years.

Mr. Bournique earned an associate’s degree in art and an associate’s degree in science from Shoreline Community College. He is an active member in the local chapter of The Association for Operations Management (APICS), and is a volunteer/member in the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance.

Nick Nagel, Ph.D.
Engineering

Nick Nagel is responsible for the development and management of all research related projects at Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle. Prior to joining Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, Mr. Nagel held a number of leadership positions with an Illinois based organization.  His work has focused on the design and development of high performance motors, controllers, and drives for electromechanical actuation for the Aerospace and Defense markets.

Mr. Nagel has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Mr. Nagel is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), a member of the IEEE Industry Applications Society, and a member of the IEEE Power Electronics Society.

Bob Homier
Customer Service / Sales and Marketing

Bob Homier has been in the aerospace industry since 1979, and joined Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle in 2004, where he is responsible for all procurement, contracts, program management, marketing, and customer support in the organization. Prior to joining Triumph Aerospace Systems – Seattle, he served as Contracts Manager for Smiths Aerospace - Yakima, now General Electric, and was a Procurement Manager with the Boeing Company with procurement responsibility for commercial aircraft systems and equipment.

Mr. Homier has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Puget Sound, and a master’s degree in business administration from City University.
