Bill Boyd

President

 

Bill Boyd joined the Triumph Actuation Systems - Valencia team in 2009. His aerospace career began in 1986 at McDonnell Douglas, which later became Boeing Space and Defense. Mr. Boyd has deep operational leadership experience. Previous assignments include managing the Space Station, Titan IV and Delta II programs.

 

Mr. Boyd's career with Triumph began in 2003 when Triumph Group purchased Boeing Spokane, which is now Triumph Composite Systems (TCS). While a member of the TCS team, he held various key positions, including Director of Operations, Director of Lean, and Director of Program Management.

 

Darren Myers

Quality

 

Darren Myers is Director of Quality and has more than 30 years of quality assurance experience. He served as an aircrew member in the U.S. Marine Corps. Previous industry positions include Director of Quality with McDonnell Douglas Aircraft along with other senior-level quality positions within several OEM companies. Mr. Myers holds an AS degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical College and an executive management certificate from the University of Southern California. He also holds an Airframe and Powerplant license from the Federal Aviation Administration.

 

Anthony (AJ) Denogean

Operations

 

AJ Denogean is Director of Operations and has been in the aerospace industry for more than 15 years. He started his career as a Design Engineer of fluid controls and hydro-mechanical assemblies. Since that time, he has worked in technical sales, achieving the position of International Sales Manager of a mid-sized aerospace company. Prior to being promoted to his current position, Mr. Denogean leveraged his background in engineering and sales to take on a new role within Triumph Actuation Systems - Valencia as Boeing Program Manager. Mr. Denogean earned his engineering degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

 

Keven McCarthy

Operations

 

Keven McCarthy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Director of Assembly & Test/ Repair and Overhaul. He has been employed at Triumph Actuation Systems – Valencia for more than 25 years, beginning his career in November 1984. He has held key positions with the company, starting as Assembly & Test Technician, and then promoted to Manager of Assembly & Test, then to Director of Assembly & Test/ Repair & Overhaul. In 1992, he was a key player in the creation of the FAA-approved Repair Station. In addition, his responsibilities include managing the company’s Aftermarket Services business.

 

Catherine Hendry

Finance

 

Catherine Hendry has more than 10 years of finance accounting experience, with the last eight years in the manufacturing environment. Ms. Hendry joined Triumph Actuation Systems – Valencia in April 2004 as a Senior Accounting Associate, and was promoted to her position as a Controller soon thereafter. She is responsible for cost accounting across all company departments, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and IT functions. Ms. Hendry attended Cal State University Northridge and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. 

 

Randy Lebetsamer

Purchasing / Supply Chain

 

Randy Lebetsamer is Director of Program Management and Materials. He joined Triumph Actuation Systems – Valencia in July 2007. He has 20+ years of experience in the aerospace field and more than 30 years in a manufacturing environment. Mr. Lebetsamer’s focus has centered on different aspects of supply chain side management with a strong emphasis on ERP systems. He also has taken on the additional responsibility of customer service and contracts. Mr. Lebetsamer holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Redlands University.

 

Kent Myers

Engineering

 

Kent Myers is Director of Engineering and New Business. He joined Triumph Actuation Systems - Valencia in June 1991 as an engineering intern. He started working in the Assembly and Test department where he manufactured many of the company’s actuation components, primarily hydraulic actuators and valves.  Mr. Myers was promoted to Manager of the Assembly and Test department in June 2004 and three years later was promoted to Director of Engineering. Mr. Myers received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1993 from Cal State University Northridge and has pursued additional course work toward his master’s in engineering.
