Triumph Actuation Systems - Clemmons/Freeport also offers contract-machining services on a “build to print” basis. 

Our experienced and highly skilled craftspeople, quality control specialists and manufacturing engineers, using state-of-the-art machine tools and equipment, are currently producing high-quality precision components for a number of first tier aircraft system suppliers.

Increased flexibility and reduced set-up times are afforded by an array of multi-axis, multi pallet machining centers with carousels handling up to 129 tools. Our state of the art manufacturing facility includes machines with up to six-axes of turning operations with live tooling for secondary milling, drilling and tapping. Our CNC capability includes vertical milling, 3 and 4-axis horizontal milling and turning. Our CNC grinding capabilities include a S40 Studer CNC Grinding center. The Studer has both ID as well as OD grinding capability. 

Additionally it has the ability to grind various geometric shapes as well as close tolerance match grinding for products such as spool and sleeve valves. 

Our deep hole capability includes gun drilling up to 11in. Dia. and 11ft. deep, for pinpoint accuracy in making long, small diameter holes and ejector drilling for high-speed penetration of larger diameter holes. 

We use vertical and horizontal honing machines to finish a wide range of bore depths. Plus, we have a full complement of conventional machines.
