All design and development undertaken by Triumph Actuation & Motion Control Systems - UK is performed within a rigorous system design process driven by requirements captured from the customer’s specification. 

Starting from the definition of the required product or system architecture, the process covers all aspects including reliability targets and failure analysis (FMEA and FMECA), evaluation of safety cases, definition of control algorithms, performance evaluation and modelling, and the allocation of derived requirements to the other functional areas.

A key feature of the system design undertaken is the identification of new technologies, in order to provide our customers with the most cost-effective solutions, and the coordination, within an evolving technology roadmap, of the application of these new technologies.
