Steve Ward
President
Steve Ward joined Triumph as a result of the acquisition of Saygrove Defence & Aerospace Ltd. He is a Production Engineer by background and educated at Liverpool and Open Universities where he studied advanced manufacturing systems and business.
He has held both corporate and operational positions, and has previously been a Director of three different businesses. He has extensive experience in business recovery and business alignment in a variety of high technology companies over the years, bringing leading edge projects and technology from defence, aerospace and science through to commercial realisation. He has completed studies in senior management development and has worked closely with a number of universities on the application of strategic management theory and best practice techniques in the UK.
Glyn Jones
Sales and Marketing / Customer Service
Glyn Jones joined Triumph as a result of the acquisition of Saygrove Defence & Aerospace Ltd.
Previously educated at the University of London, he studied engineering and statistics and had a successful career in the automotive and defence sectors prior to moving into a commercial position. He was made a Director of Saygrove Aerospace and Defence Group Ltd where he developed extensive experience in sales, commercial and contract management.
Jon Foulkes
Engineering
Jon Foulkes joined Triumph as a result of the acquisition of Saygrove Defence & Aerospace Ltd. He has an Electronics Engineering background, having been educated at Manchester University. He has worked in high complexity systems in the defence and aerospace industries for 25 years and has experience in managing many of the key functions within the business, including project management, engineering and test development.
Andy Walsh
Engineering
Andy Walsh joined Triumph as a result of the acquisition of Saygrove Defence & Aerospace Ltd. He is a Electronics Engineer by background and educated at Surrey University.
Previously a Design Manager leading a team of electronic and embedded software engineers, he has extensive experience in electronics and software design and development. Over the years he has brought a variety of leading edge technology products to the defence and aerospace industries.
His role at Triumph as the Design and Development Director, encompasses system, electro-mechanical, software and electronic design, ensuring that best practice and compliance is achieved in all aspects of the product lifecycle.
Andrew Jory
Operations / Quality
Andrew Jory is an engineer by background and holds a Masters degree in Manufacturing Management from Manchester University. Andrew joined Triumph Actuation and Motion Control UK Ltd as a result of the acquisition of Saygrove Aerospace and Defence Ltd. He has spent 20 years in the electronic manufacturing industry in various management positions including account operations, project and quality management, and working for Tier One electronic manufacturing service (EMS) providers.
