Quality Assurance and Inspection : Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington

Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington has eleven (11) dedicated Quality Assurance and Inspection employees (this includes EHS).  The Quality Assurance and Inspection System for repair and overhaul is derived from FAR 145 and AS9100 and AS9110.

As a result of our manufacturing authorization, conformance is also maintained, in-part, to MIL-I-45208; MIL-Q-9858, Para 3.3 and 3.5; BQMS D6-82479; MIL-STD-45662; and, FAR 21.303 as required.

Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington obtained AS 9100 Rev.B:2004 and ISO 9001:2000 Certificate of Registration on 21 February 2006.  The required follow-on ISO/AS Audit was conducted from 11–14 August 2009 and included registration audits for AS9100, AS9110, and ISO 9000.  In addition, Triumph Accessory Services is in full compliance with the United States Air Force and Coast Guard’s quality system requirements.  Lastly, Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington is both EASA and CAAC certified.
