Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington’s is currently rated a Silver supplier with the Boeing Military Services Division.  This level is awarded based on our high quality rating and our low turn times.  With our other customers, we maintain monthly calls to discuss customer satisfaction and improvements.

Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington Produces Customized, Time-Tailored (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) Status Reports (Status Reports currently provided to multiple Customers):

• Coverage Over Turn Times
• Shipping Information
• Information Pertinent To The Cycle Time

Lastly, one of our greatest challenges is to optimize the time versus quality aspects of our industry.  Research has shown that the most promising way to mitigate time dilemmas is through process-oriented improvements. Accordingly, achieving a synergy where both quality and time objectives are met is our ultimate goal - in this regard, we want to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations and specified requirements.  Quality is (and must be) the most valued resource we offer our customers – because, it is the most critical aspect to our profession. To that end, we want to ensure that a customized performance review program is established with each of our customers prior to commencement to awarding of any contract.
