Redundancy is a good thing when it comes to mission-critical aircraft systems and components.  Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington takes the same approach to the testing of mission-critical components, of which several directly ensure our ability to provide more than adequate testing capacity of vital components.  We have two (2) fully functional test cells for CSDs/Generators; three (3) test cells for ACMs; five (5) Pneumatic test cells; three (3) Heat Transfer cells; and, six (6) Hydraulic test stands.

Our state-of-the-art facility, significant outlay of capital equipment, and, especially, the good job performance of our dedicated, highly skilled and stable work force, allows Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington to achieve superior levels of quality and reliability for our Customers, while reducing the overall costs of maintenance.  The depth and breadth of specialty capabilities in our facility allows us to perform a high percentage of the specialty process repairs in-house, where we can control the repair quality and delivery turn times.  With the following resources, Triumph Accessory Services - Wellington develops and delivers sophisticated repair solutions for accessory related issues to a growing worldwide Customer base.  All of this adds up to superior performance and value for our Customers.

• (2) 200 hp Greenfield Compressors 600 psi @2,000 SCFM
• Coltech Farrier Gas Heater (Up to 800+ Deg F.)
