Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie services a wide range of Gearboxes including the AGB, Transfer and Inlet Gearbox, applicable to the JT8, CFM56 and CF34 platforms. We are the sole independent MRO service provider for the CT7 Propeller Gearbox. Housing the only 4 square mechanical drive Propeller Gearbox stand in the world. We are approved by GE to overhaul the CT7 PGB used on the commercial Saab 340 and the Casa CN235. 

This rig simulates full takeoff loads, monitors system lubrication performance from a temperature, pressure and flow stand point, as well as three axis monitoring.

Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie services 150 CT7 Gearboxes per year and is capable of performing the low to high horsepower conversion and the bulkhead repair. Additionally, we operate a M&M gear analyzer to perform surface involute inspection for worn gear teeth, a precursor to potential failure mod.
