Fuel Systems : Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie

Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie has a very diverse fuel component capability. 15 Mechanics with 300 years combined experience perform test, repair and overhaul of Fuel Flow Transmitters, Main Engine Fuel Pumps, Main Engine Fuel Controls, and Hydromechanical Units.

Various units of GE's; CFM56, CF6, GE90, CF34, IAE's; V2500-A1/A5/D5 and P&W engine fuel components are also serviced.

In 2008 Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie added capability to service the Boeing 737 & 757 Fuel Boost and Fuel Override Pump, the Trent 800 Main Fuel Pump, and the GE90 Main Fuel Pump and Fuel Flow Transmitter.  

We have extensive Fuel Nozzle experience. At its peak production rate, we have cleaned, flowed and repaired 350 sets per year of GE's CFM56 Nozzles. 

Capability currently includes CFM56, CF6, CF34 Parker and Woodward's Textron Fuel System Designs. Tip repair and full overhaul are available to support this product offering.
