Kevin Murphy joined Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 2002 as Vice President/COO, and was promoted to President in 2008. He has a substantial background in operations, manufacturing, quality, and continuous improvement. Prior to his role at Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie, Mr. Murphy was a Production Manager at GE Accessory Services, and a Six Sigma Blackbelt/Lean Leader at GE Aircraft Engines.
Mr. Murphy has a master’s degree from Fordham University, and bachelor degrees in mathematics and aerospace engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt through GE Aircraft Engines.
Mr. Murphy is an active member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Association for Operations Management (APICS).
Dwight Dollins
Operations
Dwight Dollins started in the aerospace industry in 1991, and has been with Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie since 2006. His current role includes all operational responsibilities within the organization, including the strategic and tactical direction, performance, and efficiency of all operational activities. Prior to his position with Grand Prairie Accessory Services, he served at GE Aircraft Engines in Operational, Risk Management, and Six Sigma roles.
Mr. Dollins has a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Technical Services Management from Oklahoma State University, a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt Certification from Nokia, a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from General Electric Aircraft Engines, and a FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
Fred Reiff
Engineering
Fred Reiff is responsible for all engineering functions in the organization, including DER repairs and PMA submissions. He joined Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 2010, and has been in the aerospace industry since 1988, including roles as Director of Site Operations at Meggitt Control systems, Director of Operations for Propulsion Technology, and Director of Engineering for Chromalloy Gas Turbine Corporation.
Mr. Reiff is a FAA MIDO PMA Administrator.
Troy Mullens
Quality
Troy Mullens has been in the aerospace industry since 1986, and joined Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 2006. He is currently responsible for the management of Quality Assurance, EHS, and ISO 9001/AS9100 quality program. Prior to his position with Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie, he was the Director of Quality and Engineering at Airbase Services, and a Project/Quality Engineer for Sierracin Sylmar Corporation.
Mr. Mullens has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
Kathy Heffernan
Purchasing / Supply Chain
Kathy Heffernan has been in the aerospace industry since 1981, and joined Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 2011. In her current role, she is responsible for all functions within purchasing, including negotiations, expediting, and supplier surveillance. Prior to joining Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie, Ms. Heffernan was the Procurement Manager for First Call International, and the Purchasing Manager for Heli-One USA, MAV Aircraft Services, and Spirit Aviation.
Ms. Heffernan has a bachelor’s degree in strategic management from the University of North Texas.
Elaine Smith
Customer Service
Elaine Smith is responsible for the management of a variety of international and domestic customer accounts at Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie. She has been in the aerospace industry since joining Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 1992, and has been in her current role since 1996.
Ms. Smith is Green Belt Six Sigma Certified through GE, and has completed various customer care related courses throughout her career.
Elizabeth Edwards
Customer Service
Elizabeth Edwards is responsible for the management of customer accounts, rotable sales, and import/export compliance at Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie. She has been in the aerospace industry since joining Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in her current role in 2005.
Ms. Edwards provides support to families of United States Army Reserves as a Family Readiness Leader.
Sam Rizkal
Finance
Sam Rizkal has significant experience in the accounting field, having started his career in 1980. Since that time, he has progressively attained more responsible roles, and joined Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 2008, where he is now responsible for the accounting, financial planning, and budgeting of the organization.
Mr. Rizkal graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Brian Causer
Sales and Marketing
Brian Causer joined Triumph Accessory Services - Grand Prairie in 2011, and is responsible for all sales, marketing and customer support activities. He has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including roles in program management, customer service, business management, and aircraft engine maintenance and overhaul. Mr. Causer served in the United States Air Force for 4 years as a Jet Engine Mechanic.
Mr. Causer has a bachelor’s of science degree from Embry-Riddle, and an associate’s of science from the College of the Air Force.
