Triumph's Commitment to our Communities

Triumph_WingsTriumph's values serve as the guiding principles in all we do. Key stakeholders identified with these values include customers, employees, investors, suppliers and the community. This is why being a good corporate citizen, focused on making our local communities better places to live and work, is a priority at Triumph. 
We have a history of giving back to the communities where we operate, from annual United Way drives to volunteerism.
Triumph employees demonstrate their values in the community through its ongoing "Wings" program, developed and launched in 2011. The idea is to uplift the human condition through meaningful community projects that have lasting benefits for our neighbors and local communities.
In typical Triumph style, employees aren't told what to do, but are asked to create and invent their own Wings projects. The results are far reaching, reflecting the broad network of Triumph companies. Examples include creating outdoor learning centers for local schools, assembling food packages for the poor, helping a community recover from a tornado, organizing a theft-protection program, repairing playground equipment, and organizing a career opportunity day and plant tour for local disadvantaged kids.
Our employees exhibit the same entrepreneurial commitment to their communities that Triumph demonstrates to our customers each and every day. They prove that Triumph's unique culture is strong and vibrant and ready for whatever the future holds.
